Parliament: Local councils blamed for failure in collecting resources

SANAA, April 18 (YPA) – The Parliament in its meeting on Wednesday accused the local councils of not taking any supervisory role in the collection process of their own resources.

The parliament stressed that the collection operations are carried out centrally, which it considered a violation of the law.
