HODEIDAH, Aug. 27 (YPA) -The Saudi-led coalition forces and their mercenaries on late Monday continued to bomb residential areas in Hodeidah province, western Yemen, in a continual violation of Sweden agreement, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.
According to the official, the coalition-backed mercenaries fired three Kornet rockets towards Al-Dhabyani neighborhood, Al-Ittihad and Al-Jazeera hotels in 7 July residential area, causing damages to civilians’ properties.
The official added that the coalition-backed mercenaries shelled Faculty of Engineering and various areas of 50th Street, using heavy and medium weapons.
Earlier in the day, a citizen’s home was seriously damaged in a mortar shell fired by the US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition in 30th street of Hali district.
