Israeli warplanes launch raids on Gaza

SANAA, Aug. 26  (YPA) – Israeli warplanes launched a series of airstrikes on the northern Gaza Strip on Sunday evening.

Sources in Gaza reported that Israeli warplanes launched a series of raids on Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza Strip.

The sources added that the Israeli naval boats fired shots of machine guns towards the boats of fishermen in the Khan Younis sea in the southern Gaza Strip.

Earlier, Israeli aircraft bombed areas of the central Gaza Strip.
