Video: New locally developed surface-to-air missile hits US MQ9 drone in Dhamar

SANAA, Aug. 25 (YPA) – Military media of the Yemeni army on Saturday released video footage shows the air defenses of the army forces downing a highly advanced US-made ( MQ9) spy aircraft belonging to the Saudi-led invading coalition in Yemen’s Dhamar province on late Tuesday night.

The video showed the moment when a surface-to-air missile of “Fater-1 type, locally developed hit MQ9 drone in the sky of Dhamar province.
