Large military reinforcements from 3 provinces arrive in Shabwa

SHABWA, Aug. 23 (YPA) – Large military reinforcements arrived on Friday in Shabwa province coming from three southern provinces, media sources close to the UAE-backed separatist Southern Transitional Council reported.

Alaa Hanash, a journalist loyal to the Transitional Council militias, confirmed that military reinforcements from Radfan, Dhalea and Aden headed for Ataq city of Shabwa province, southeast Yemen. “Wait for good news in the coming hours,” he said.

The province of Shabwa witnessed on Thursday fierce battles between the transitional council’s militias backed by the UAE and Islah Party’s gunmen loyal to Hadi’s government in Ataq city.
