HAJJAH, Aug. 21 (YPA) – The Yemeni army backed by popular committees on Wednesday fired a Zilizal-1 missile on gatherings of Saudi-led coalition mercenaries in Hajjah province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
According to the official, the missile hit the mercenaries’ gatherings in the western part of Nar mountain. The attack left dozens of the mercenaries were killed and wounded, the official said.
Earlier on the day, dozens of Saudi-hired mercenaries were killed and others wounded by two ambushes carried out by army’s engineering units in Hairan front and north of Mothalath-Ahem.
On Tuesday, the Yemeni army shot dead three Saudi-hired mercenaries in east of Mothalath Aahim, the official added.
