Yemeni army blows up three Saudi military vehicles in hajjah

HAJJAH, Aug. 20 (YPA) – The Yemeni army backed by and popular committees has on Monday blown up a number of Saudi military vehicles in Hajjah province, northern Yemen, a military official told Yemen Press Agency

According to the official, the army’s engineering unit destroyed three military vehicles of coalition soldiers following the ambushes of improvised explosive devices set up for them in the west of Jabal al-Nar, killing and injuring all those on board.

On Sunday, the army force carried out an offensive against the positions of Saudi-hired mercenaries in the west of Jabal al-Nar, after repelling their advancing attempt towards the army’s locations in the same site.

Dozens of the mercenaries were killed and attack during their advancing attempt which lasted for hours with the participation of the warplanes.

Furthermore, the sniper unit also managed to shoot four Saudi-led mercenaries s and damaged a 12.7-caliber machine gun in the Hiran front.
