Update: Army repels Saudi army mercenaries infiltration attempt in Najran

NAJRAN, Aug. 15 (YPA) – The Yemeni army backed by popular committees on Thursday repelled an infiltration attempt by Saudi army mercenaries towards Lut hill in al-Kassara area in Najran front, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The Saudi army mercenaries were inflicted heavy losses in their ranks and gear during the confrontations with the Yemeni army forces and popular committees, the official explained.

Meanwhile, the Yemeni army’s snipers gunned down a Saudi soldiers in al-Shorfa site on the same front.
