Yemeni army destroys two Saudi military vehicles in Hajjah

HAJJAH, Aug. 11 (YPA) – The Yemeni army backed by popular committees on Sunday managed to damage and destroy two Saudi military vehicles loaded with mercenaries in Hajjah province, northern Yemen, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the first military vehicle was destroyed in sniping attack, which took place in the eastern part of Hiran district.

The second military vehicle was destroyed when an improvised explosive device IED went off as it was passing in the same area, killing and injuring all those on board, the official said.
