FM lauds ACTED’s role in activating economic activities in Yemen

SANAA, Aug. 6 (YPA) – Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf met on Tuesday with French ACTED organization’s coordinator in Sanaa Julian Zakrzewski, praising the organization’s role in the activation of economic activities in Yemen.

The meeting discussed the organization’s activities in providing relief and humanitarian support in a number of Yemeni areas.

The foreign minister welcomed any contributions or popular and non-governmental French support to contribute to alleviating the effects of the Saudi-UAE aggression on Yemen.

He explained that there are real needs to provide support and assistance during the coming period in the aspects of community development and the activation of some small and medium economic activities to achieve sustainable growth.
