UAE-backed militias kill tribal sheikh in Aden

ADEN, Aug. 6 (YPA) – A tribal sheikh was killed by the United Arab Emirates (UAE)-backed militias on Tuesday in Yemen’s southern province of Aden, according to sources.

The militias opened fire towards sheikh Salem al-Azani and seized his land in al-Mamdarah quarter.

Hundreds of northern citizens have been displaced and expelled from the southern province by the militias.
