Yemeni army launches missiles at Saudi-led mercenaries in Hajjah

HAJJAH, July 31 (YPA) – The Yemeni army backed by popular committees on late Tuesday fired two Zilizal-1 missiles, a number of Katyusha rockets and artillery shells at gatherings of Saudi-led coalition mercenaries in Hajjah province, northern Yemen, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the attack targeted the mercenaries’ gatherings in Hiran district, causing district casualties.

Earlier in the day, seven mercenaries were killed in sniping attacks, which took place in East of al-Nar Mountain, north-east of A’ahem and south and west of Hiran districts.

Furthermore, the army’s engineering unit targeted two military vehicles loaded with mercenaries, using improvised explosive devices in Hiran district, killing all their crew members.
