Amran distributes 24,000 food baskets on displaced families

AMRAN, July 22 (YPA) – A local authority of Amran province began on Sunday distributing 24,000 food baskets provided by the World Food Program (WFP) on the internally displaced families.

The WFP targeted over 24,000 families in several districts of the province.

According to deputy the province Amin Faras, the humanitarian aid aimed to alleviate the suffering of citizens being caused by the war and siege imposed by the Saudi-led aggression coalition on the Yemeni people.
