Army repels coalition’s attack in Jizan

JIZAN, July 22 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Monday managed to repel an attack carried by the Saudi army mercenaries in Jizan province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the mercenaries tried to advance towards the army’ s positions in the Eastern part of Dood Mountain, but were forced into retreat.

The official confirmed that dozen of the mercenaries were killed and wounded during their foiled attack.

On Sunday, the army forces carried out an offensive against two sites of Saudi-hired mercenaries in the east of Jahfan mountain, inflicting heavy casualties on their ranks.
