UAE military reinforcements arrive at Ataq city

SHABWAH, July 2 (YPA) – Local sources said on Tuesday that the United Arab Emirates (UAE)-backed militias’ military reinforcements arrived at Ataq city, the capital of Shabwah province.

The reinforcements came in an new attempt by the UAE to attack on Saudi-supported Islah party armed groups (Muslim Brotherhood) and take over the city.

Shabwah province has seen security disorder and conflicts between armed groups are being backed by the Saudi and UAE for controlling and looting the oil wealth in the province.
