Update: Army repels large-scale coalition’s attack in Jizan

JIZAN, June 27 (YPA) – The Yemen army on Thursday repelled a large-scale attack of coalition-backed mercenaries in Jizan border province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

Dozens of the mercenaries were killed and injured and three military vehicles were destroyed during repelling their attack in the east of Nar mount, added the official.

The militias’ attack lasted for hours and was supported by Apache Helicopters and warplanes of coalition without achieving any progress on the ground.
