Oil Ministry’s staffs, unions continue to protest in front of UN office in Sanaa

SANAA, June 7 (YPA) – Employees and unions of Ministry of Oil and Minerals on Friday staged a sit-in in front of the United Nations Office in the capital Sanaa to denounce the continued aggression.

Sixty-three days have passed since the sit-ins sit in front of the UN building without any position from the United Nations.

The participants in the stand condemned the actions of the Coalition aggression’s countries to detain vessels loaded with oil derivatives and not to allow them to reach the port of Hodeidah.

The stand condemned the strange and suspicious international silence in the face of what the Aggression Coalition and exiled Hadi government have done to detain ships and reject United Nations permits.

The participants blamed the United Nations for what might happen in the case of the continued detention of oil vessels, stressing the continuation of sit-ins until the release of all oil vessels and non-objection of ships by the coalition of aggression.

It is noteworthy that the United Nations permits in Djibouti for ships have passed 68 days and are still detained.
