Health minister stresses developing ministry’s programs to combat disasters

SANAA,  April 22 (YPA) – Yemen’s Health Minister Taha al-Mutawakil on Monday stressed the importance of developing the ministry’s services and programs to combat epidemics and disasters.

During his meeting held in the ministry, al-Mutawakel discussed the emergency health situation and redoubling efforts to overcome challenges and difficulties facing the health sector.

The meeting stressed the significance of concerting efforts to develop the emergency response plans of the ministry in line of the challenges faced by the country.
