TAIZ, April 20 (YPA) – Dozens were killed and injured when infighting erupted on Saturday in Yemen’s Taiz city between coalition-backed mercenaries, sources said.

The clashes broke out between Abu al-Abbas group, an al-Qaeda affiliated group backed by the United Arab Emirates, and Islah Muslim Brotherhood mercenaries backed by Saudi Arabia in the areas of Akabat Mufarih and Madam valley.
