DHALEA, April 17 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Wednesday fired three missiles of Zilzal-1 types at Saudi-led coalition forces in Moris front in Dhalea province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
The official confirmed that the missiles hit targets accurately, causing heavy losses to the coalition forces.
During April, the coalition forces suffered heavy losses in military gear. The Yemeni army destroyed ten tanks and ten military vehicles and BTR vehicle.
On April 11, the army and popular committees seized amounts of weapons and ammunitions left by the coalition forces in Dhalea fronts.
On March 30, the army forces announced that they controlled 100 sites in Moris and Qataba fronts during an offensive from three directions, which resulted in casualties in ranks of the coalition forces, seizing two tanks, a BTR vehicle, two vehicles and an amount of heavy and medium weapons.
