Joint air, artillery attack targets Saudi troops in Najran

NAJRAN, April 15 (YPA) – The Yemeni army’s drones and artillery unit on Monday carried out a successful joint operation in Najran region, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The operation targeted gatherings of Saudi army troops and military vehicles in Marash area, leaving casualties and losses in gear, the official added.

On April 5, 2019, the Yemeni army’s missile force carried out a similar operation, targeting weapons stores of Saudi-led coalition forces and mercenaries in the eastern front of Sanaa province in Fardat Nehim area, which resulted in the destruction of those stores and casualties in ranks of the coalition troops.

During four years of the aggressive war against Yemen, the army’s drones have carried out over 1,530 attacks and reconnaissance operations, and monitored more than 300 military targets, the most prominent of which were targeting of Abu Dhabi Airport, Dubai Airport, Aramco Refinery in Riyadh, Abha Airport, Al-Anad Military Base and headquarters of the aggression coalition command in Aden.
