Missile attack hits coalition militias in Taiz

TAIZ, April 8 (YPA) – A number of militias backed by Saudi-led coalition were killed and injured on Monday in the Yemeni army’s missile attack on sites in Taiz province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The Katyusha rockets hit the militias in al-Wazaih area’s junction, the official added.

The coalition launched war on Yemen in March 2015 in flagrant violations of the international conventions.

The four-years-old war of the Saudi-led coalition has killed at least 10,000 Yemenis, displaced 2 million and pushed 22 other people to the brink of starvation, according to the United Nations.
