4 people killed, 11 others wounded in multiple explosions in southern Afghanistan

SANAA, March 23 (YPA) – At least four people were killed and eleven others, including local officials, were injured on Saturday in multiple explosions amid a popular rally in southern in Lashkargah blast of Helmand province, according to Afghan media.

“One TV” reported that “four people were killed and 11 others injured, including local officials, in the double bombing in Helmand, southern Afghanistan.”

Multiple explosions took place in the southern Afghan province of Helmand during the celebrations of Nowruz,  Reuters news agency quoted security officials as saying.
