Violent explosion rocks Ja’ar city of Abyan province

ABYAN, March 19 (YPA) -A violent explosion rocked on Tuesday rocked the city of Ja’ar in Abyan province,  southern Yemen, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the sources, unknown assailants threw a sound bomb in the Al-Mahraq area and exploded near the Ja’ar secondary school’s fence in Khanfar district of Abyan province.

No casualties have been reported, one of the sources said.

Yemeni southern provinces under the control of the UAE occupation have been witnessing a state of security chaos for four years, amid the spread of assassinations, especially at security points of the UAE-backed militias.
