Fire expands to new reservoirs at Aden Refinery

ADEN, Jan. 12 (YPA) – The local authorities in Aden province, southern Yemen, on Saturday failed to extinguish a fire broke out on Friday evening in an oil tank at Aden Refinery due to an explosion resulting from a shooting attack.

According to Yemen Press Agency correspondent, the fire spread over night to reach another oil tank amid fears of its extension to other reservoirs in the oil facility, which may cause a large disaster.
