Fishermen protest against fuel prices hike in Hadramout

HADRAMOUT, March 17 (YPA) – The fisheries sector in eastern province of Hadramout on Saturday went on a strike against a sharp rise in prices of oil derivatives, according to local officials.

Fishermen and fish vendors at Al-Shahr port on Friday expressed their rejection to the price rise imposed last week by the government of exiled resigned president Abd Rabu Mansour Hadi, which they said it will aggravate the living conditions of fishermen in the province.
