Army thwarts 2 large-scale coalition militias’ attacks in Najran

NAJRAN, Dec. 5 (YPA) – The Yemen army forces on Tuesday repelled two large-scale attacks of militias loyal to Saudi-led coalition in border province of Najran, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The army foiled the militias’ attacks in front of Sudais mount, inflicting the enemy heavy losses.

Furthermore, the army repelled another attack of the militias in front of Khadhraa border crossing, killing and wounding dozens.

The militias’ attempts to infiltrate were failed despite the support of warplanes and Apache helicopters.
