U.S. helicopter crashed on board aircraft carrier Ronald Reagan

SANAA, OCT. 19 (YPA) – The 7th fleet of US Naval forces announced on Friday that a US Navy helicopter crashed on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan, in the Philippine Sea, after attempting to take off.

The incident took place at about 9:00 a.m. on October 19.

The crash caused non-fatal injuries to sailors, without mentioning the number of victims, the statement read

Some of them need medical evacuation, the statement said, stressing that nothing threatens their lives.
