Gov’t spokesman condemns coalition’s continued crimes against civilians in Yemen

SANAA, Oct. 12 (YPA) – Spokesman of the Yemeni National Salvation Government Abdel Salam Jaber  on Friday strongly condemned   the Saudi-led coalition war crimes and massacre against civilians in Yemen, of which the latest  bombing on the residential neighborhoods, health facilities, farms, water tanks and roads inTuhita, Durihami districts and Kamran Island in the province of  Hodeidah.

Jaber said the coalition hysterical air strikes have destroyed Durahemi General Hospital, Maternity and Childhood Hospital, which are crowded with patients, pregnant women, newborns, and health staff.

In addition to damaging a number of houses and scores of civilians, including women and children, were killed by the Saudi air strikes, he added.

He said that the coalition prevented ambulances and rescue teams t get to the targeted place.

“The Deliberate bombing on health facilities, ambulances and the targeting of citizens by the US-Saudi aggression are war crimes,” he said.

Jaber also denounced the complicity of the international community, led by the United Nations, which has not even bothered to condemn these major crimes, which are against all international and humanitarian covenants. ”

The spokesman stressed that the mass killing of the Yemeni people is a disgrace to humanity.
