Parliament’s Speaker congratulates Ugandan counterpart on National Day

SANAA, Oct. 8 (YPA) – Speaker of the Parliament, Yahya al-Ra’I, on Monday sent a cable of congratulation to speaker of the Ugandan Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga, on the occasion of her country’s National Day.
