Report: 5 civilians killed in Saudi-led air, ground attacks over 24 hours

SANAA, Sep. 9 (YPA) – Five civilians were killed and 19 injured when the US-Backed Saudi-led coalition launched several airstrikes and ground attacks on provinces of Yemen during the past 24 hours, according to reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Sunday.

• In Marib province:
Five civilians were killed, including three women during the attempts to aid two civilians who subjected to a previous raid in Talas area of Serwah district.
• In Hodeidah province:
19 civilians were injured in airstrikes hit a Red Sea Mills Factory in Kilo-16 area of Hali district.
13 airstrikes hit Malh mount of Moneera district.
Over 40 airstrikes was waged on Kilo-16 area and nearby areas in Hali district.

• In Saada province:
An airstrike was waged on a civilian’s home in Wabila area of Dhaher district.
Two airstrikes on a civilian’s home in Baqem district.
Two airstrikes on Jahlah area of Razih district, causing damage to a mosque and a civilian’s home.
Meanwhile, missile and artillery shells targeted residential areas of Baqem, Ghamer and Razih districts.
