46 Afghan asylum-seekers to be deported from Germany

SANAA, Aug. 15 (YPA) – A total of 46 Afghans were deported by German authorities on Wednesday to their homeland, local media reported.

The move came after German authorities had rejected their asylum requests.

The flight from Munich arrived at the Afghan capital, Kabul, the 46 men, were sent back by authorities in 11 of Germany’s 16 states and that 15 of them committed various serious criminal offenses.

Since December 2016, the authorities have sent 349 people back to Afghanistan.
