Report: 136 civilians, children killed, injured in Saudi-led airstrikes on Yemen over 24 hours

SANAA, Aug. 10 (YPA) – At least 136 civilians, mostly of children, were killed and injured when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition launched airstrikes and ground attacks on several provinces of Yemen over the past 24 hours, according to reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Friday.
• In Saada province:
127 civilians were killed and injured, mostly of children, when warplanes targeted children’s school bus in Dhayan district.
Four civilians were killed and others injured in three airstrikes targeted a funeral in Fula area of Majz district.
An airstrike hit Razmat area of Safra district.
Five airstrikes were waged on Dhayaa area of Shada district.
Meanwhile, a child and a woman were injured and civilians’ properties in missile and artillery shells at residential areas of Razih district.
Artillery and missile shells were fired toward residential villages of Baqem and Monabeh districts.
• In Hodeidah province:
Two civilians were killed and a child injured in an airstrike on a farm in Shathliah area of Zabid district.

• In Sanaa province:
Four airstrikes were launched on Department of Works in Sho’ob district.
Five airstrikes on Central Security in Saba’een district.
Two airstrikes on the park of September 21in Moa’en district.
• In Amran province:
An airstrike hit Ashmiah ares of Harf-Sofian district.
• In Hajjah province:
14 airstrikes were waged on several areas of Haradh and Medi districts.
