The government has identified three segments for consumption, the first from zero to 30 cubic meters and is charged at 175 piaster per cubic meter, instead of 100 piaster previously, with an increase of 75%.

According to the Prime Minister’s decision, the price per meter for the second segment, which starts from more than 30 cubic meters to 60 cubic meters, increased to 250 piaster per cubic meter, with an increase of  42.8%from the previous price which was 175 piaster.
