9 people injured in knife attack on bus north Germany

SANAA, July 21 (YPA) – At least nine people were injured on Friday in a knife attack by a man on a bus in northern Germany, police said.

The interior minister for Schleswig-Holstein state, Hans-Joachim Grote said that the police force arrested the suspect, but without knowing his motives so far.

Police said that ” the nine people were injured and  no one was killed  but there is one injured critically, adding that the attacker was overpowered and is now in police custody.”

The security services in Germany has been on high alert after several deadly extremist attacks.
