Yemen Army shells gatherings of Saudi-backed militias in Jizan

JIZAN, July 17 (YPA) – Artillery force of the Yemeni army on Tuesday shelled gatherings of Saudi-backed militias in Jizan, southwestern Saudi Arabia, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The artillery shells hit gatherings of the militias off Dowd Mountain, causing direct casualties, the official added.

The official confirmed that the Yemeni army snipers shot dead one of the militias in the same site.
