Al-Jabwani reveals $122 million corruption deal for Moeen Abdul-Malik

ADEN, Sept. 11 (YPA) – The resigned former Minister of Transport in the coalition-backed puppet government, Saleh al-Jabwani has revealed a secret deals and corruption carried out by Hadi’s Prime Minister Moeen Abddul-Malik and Aden Governor Ahmed Lamlas.

Al-Jubwani said that a company belonging to Moeen Abdul-Malik and  and Lamals took a tender that hired 100 MEGAWATTS to support Aden’s electricity for 122 million dollars.

He added, the minister of electricity in Hadi government refused to sign because it violates the tender law, so , Moeen contacts with the Aden’s governor, who passed the deal under the pretext of supporting electricity.
