Emiratis take over stadium in Socotra

SOCOTRA, Feb.  22 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’ militias on Monday handed over a special land for a football stadium for a number of Emirati officers, local sources said

According to the sources, Emiratis take over the lands under the names of fictitious projects, and then turn them into camps.

The sources added: The UAE informed the local authority that the process of taking over the Stadium, which is located in Hayaweh area to prevent residents to take control over  the real estate for the youth, before raising the UAE flag on the pillars of the stadium after taking over  the land .

Citizens in the region are anxiously awaiting Abu Dhabi’s control of the safe space for young people in which they practice their hobby, while warning the tools of the consequences that may result form this acts.
