NCM predicts rising average temperatures

SANAA, Feb. 17 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) predicted on Wednesday rising average temperatures within the coming 24 hours.

In its weather forecast, the center affirmed that the weather would be relatively clear and cold during the night and early morning, with forming scattered cells of rainy thunderclouds on the western and southwestern highlands.

The center expected likely fog to form on parts of the mountain slopes of the provinces Hajjah, Mahwiat, Rayma, Ibb and Taiz.

The NCM warned fishermen and sea goers of high waves of the sea on the south of the western coast and the entrance to Bab al-Mandab.

Additionally, the weather is to clear to partly cloudy, with light to moderate southeast winds in Socotra Archipelago.
