Coalition sends military reinforcements to Abyan

ABYAN, Jan. 27 (YPA) – The Saudi-led coalition forces sent on Wednesday military reinforcements to Shoqra city of Abyan province, southern Yemen, local sources reported.

The military reinforcements included military cars, armored vehicles and recruits, the sources added.

The move came hours after the Islah Party warned the militia of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) ‘s militias against any armed provocations, and vowed to strike with an iron hand all the excesses of the militias.
