Military situation heads towards explosion in Shabwa

SHABWA, Jan. 7 (YPA) – A military expert revealed on Thursday a dangerous plot would explode the military situation in the oil province of Shabwa, eastern Yemen.

The military expert, Nasr Al-Shazly, confirmed that the UAE is actually heading to control Shabwa, and resolving the situation by confronting the Islah militants in oil facility in Balhaf, and the rest of the province.

He confirmed that the Islah militants refused to withdraw from areas of Abyan front.

Last week, the military reinforcements from “Tariq Afash” forces arrived through the port of Mukalla, to the Balhaf gas port and facility, which has been under the control of the UAE forces since 2016.
