Iran’s FM responds to western media allegations

SANAA, Sept. 16 (YPA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, responded to western media allegations about an Iranian plan to assassinate a US ambassador,

The habitual liar bamboozled Donald Trump and misled him by raising false warnings that   lead him to assassinate the first enemy of ISIS (General Qasem Soleimani), he wrote on Twitter on Tuesday.

Now he’s trying to sucker him into mother of all quagmires by leaking a new false alarm, he said,  in reference to allegations by the US newspaper Politico that there was a plan to assassinate the US ambassador to South Africa and said that Politico sources were US officials and Trump sources.

Mohammad Javad Zarif tweeted: It’s time to wake up.

The Iranian foreign minister stressed that the time of vigilance had come.

The US newspaper Politico, citing intelligence reports and unnamed US officials, claimed that Iran is still trying to avenge the blood of General Qasem Soleimani, as well as unidentified sources that Tehran intends to assassinate US ambassador to South Africa Lana Marks.
