Human rights org accuses coalition forces of kidnapping children in Mocha

TAIZ, Sept. 2 (YPA) – A human rights organization confirmed on Wednesday that gunmen affiliated with Saudi-led coalition forces had kidnapped a 12-year-old child in the coastal city of Mocha, west of Taiz province.

“Sam Rights and Freedoms Organization”, affiliated with Islah Party, explained that soldiers in civilian clothes from “Al-Amaliqa Brigade” funded by the United Arab Emirates and led by Raed al-Mahrami al-Yafei, kidnapped Khaled Youssef Fadl al-Azibi, 50, and his son Amr, 12, in Mocha at the direction of the coalition forces command in the West Coast.

The organization indicated that it had received a report about the kidnapping of Fadl and his son Amr at the end of last August from the main street.

Eyewitnesses confirmed that they saw the gunmen taking the citizen and his child to the former air defense camp, which is currently used as the headquarters of the brigade, the organization added.
