Presidential decree issued to appoint Abyan governor

SANAA, Aug 15 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, issued on Saturday a decree No. (42) for 2020 to appoint Hussein Zaid Aqeel bin Yahya as governor of Abyan province.
