Investment Authority confirms keenness to grant facilities to investors

SANAA, July 4 (YPA) – Chairman of the General Investment Authority Yasser al-Mansour on Saturday confirmed the Authority is keen to give investors more facilities and to solve any problems that might face them.

“This comes within the authority’s efforts to purify the investment climate and take appropriate measures to improve the investment environment,” al-Mansour added during the launching of the Authority’s project to enhance the capabilities of the single window in the Authority, starting with the tax office.

The project comes within the framework of a series of projects targeting the single window offices amounting 11 offices to enhance and develop their capabilities.

Al-Mansour indicated that the project aims to simplify and facilitate procedures for investors, ease exchanging information and data related to investment projects and investors, and reduce time and effort.

For his part, Director of the Tax Office at the General Investment Authority Zaid Zabara pointed out that the inauguration comes in implementation of the Authority’s plans and programs aimed at promoting the building of single-window capabilities.
