Coalition forces target oil installations in Marib

MARIB, April (YPA) – Saudi-led coalition forces on Saturday destroyed an oil facility in Kofal area in Serwah district of Marib province, in preparation for escaping from the area.

This came hours after the failure of a large-scale infiltration attempt carried out by the coalition forces, in which five senior military commanders were killed.

Sources in the province told Yemen Press Agency that a shell fired by the coalition forces had hit Al-Manqul oil facility in Koval area, which led to a fire in the facility.

The coalition forces suffered great moral collapses as a result of a painful blow in their failed attack on Koval Mountain, which left more than 80 people dead and wounded from their troops, including five commanders of the military brigades, the sources explained.
