Sanaa reveals capture of dozens of coalition child soldiers

SANAA, Nov. 21 (YPA) – The Prisoners’ Affairs Committee in Sanaa on Wednesday revealed about the capture of dozens of child soldiers in ranks of Saudi-UAE-led war coalition.

“We have dozens of children who have been captured on the frontlines while fighting in ranks of Saudi forces,” said Abdulqader al-Mortada, head of the prisoners’ affairs committee, in a tweet on Wednesday night.

Al-Mortada added that the Committee informed the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and UNICEF, and that they visited the captured children.

He concluded his tweet with a question: “Will we hear international condemnation of the children recruitment crime committed by the aggression forces?”
