Wounded of Saudi-led coalition soldiers block main streets in Aden

ADEN, Oct. 28 (YPA) – Dozens of wounded of Saudi-led coalition soldiers on Monday blocked the main streets of the southern Port city of Aden, local sources reported .

According to the local sources, the coalition’s wounded closed the Madrem Street in Al Buraiqeh District in protest against the suspension of their granting of treatment abroad and the failure to pay the salaries of the so-called “families of martyrs and wounded”.

The coalition’s wounded called on the coalition-backed government to send them for treatment abroad quickly and urgently, and find a radical solution to their suffering in Aden and the southern provinces.

They also demanded not to involve the families of “martyrs and wounded” in political conflicts.

They said that they would continue to escalate the protest until the whole of Aden is closed, until they received their dues from treatment, calling for an end to the corruption in Hadi’s government and hold the corrupt accountable.
