Yemen’s Information Minister praises women role in confronting aggression

DHAMAR, Oct. 19 (YPA) – Minister of Information Dhaifallah al-Shami on Saturday praised the Yemeni women’s role in confronting the Saudi-led aggression coalition on Yemen.

The move came during his opening the first art exhibition which was organized by Women’s Cultural Authority in Dhamar province.

Al-Shami, addressing the Yemeni women, said,”You are a basic building block, the real nucleus in establishing the family and society and making heroes and men.”

The minister stressed on the importance of enhancing steadfastness of the women and promoting awareness and education towards the generations.

“We must be united to foil the aggression and its plots that target the Yemeni people in its culture,” Al-Shami added.
