Governmental official storms post office building in Aden

ADEN, June 24 (YPA) – A Judicial official in Saudi-backed resigned Hadi’s government on Monday attacked and seized on the post office building in Yemen’s southern city of Aden, according to local sources.

The sources confirmed that the official, who stormed the post office building of al-Basatain in Dar Saad district, is the undersecretary of a prosecution in the city.

The move came after the official with his armed fighters had demanded the Postal Department to pay high funds for maintaining the building.

Assassinations, security disorder and seizure of state lands and citizens have been ramping in Aden since United Arab Emirates occupation forces took over the city in 2016.
